Image requirements
- The image that you create must be 220px by 220px
- Can be hosted anywhere (tinypic, twitpic, your blog); we will mirror the image locally when we serve it.
- Must be GIF or PNG
- No animated GIFs
- Absolute limit on filesize of ~150kb
